Very good location, direct sea view on some rooms, walking distance from city center and friendly staff.
Very old furniture, very small bathroom, very small standard rooms, misleading room specs: no kitchen on standard rooms although written so on Booked.net. We had to change our room type to "apartment", which cost us extra 50%. The rating is very misleading, definitely not a 8.8/10 hotel... Not bad, but don't expect 8.8/10.

As world travelers (some 50 countries and hunders of hotels), we found the owner and the hotel staff one of the best (we even shared owner's lobster dinner for dinner). Staff vocabulary seems to lack the word "No," having substituted with "Yes," View is unbeatable from sea front rooms. Hotel is not the newest and could use some upgrading, particularly in the bathroom, but it is unbeatable in terms of value for money.

Superb bay side location, beautiful water, mountain and village views. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable appartment. Pleasant bar and restaurant.
